Self Defense 1 - 5:
1) Opponent grabbing your uniform with R hand, take your R hand placing your thumb on the back of your opponent's hand, using your fingers to remove hand from uniform, turn it counterclockwise, turning to your R and kneel down on your L knee bringing your L arm over opponent's arm bringing it down.
2) Opponent grabbing your uniform with R hand, using your L hand, grab opponent's hand and your R hand on opponent's wrist, at the same time step back and kneel down on 1 knee and pull opponent down by the wrist.
3) Opponent choking you with both hands around your neck, without hesitating, lower your head between the arms of your opponent, bop down and to the side sweeping your arms pushing opponent's arms away from you.
4) Opponent choking you with both hands around your neck, without hesitating, place your strongest arm through opponent's arms with your elbow on top of one arm and the back of your hand underneath your opponent's other arm, push down your elbow trapping one arm and at the same time lifting the back of your hand upwards to remove opponent's hands of your neck, then pushing opponent with both hands.
5) Opponent chocking you with both hands around your neck, without hesitating, using strongest arm, lift arm over both of opponent's arms trapping both hands, at the same time turning your body to make sure your elbow reaches over arms, aiming your elbow to opponent's jaw, then striking the jaw at the same time holding his hands in place by holding opponent top hand to secure the hold.
